The biggest prize offered by the Pick 2 game is $50 for a Straight play and a $1 wager. There are lots of other prizes on offer however, from $2.50 up to the second biggest prize of $37.50!
Compared to most other lotteries, the odds of winning Florida Pick 2 are fantastic. For example, the hardest bet to win is a Straight play type, with odds of winning at 1 in 100. Liability Limit
With Florida Pick 2, prizes have a fixed amount and are not pari-mutuel. Nevertheless, there is a $1 million liability limit set by the Florida Lottery. If any two-digit combination is purchased often enough in a single drawing that would result in this limit being exceeded, further sales of that specific number combination will be stopped.
Additionally, no Front Number or Back Number that involves the first or last digit of the two-digit number will be allowed for that drawing.
Don’t worry though, if you have already played those numbers, you will still receive the full prize amount even if the liability limit was reached. After all, that’s the whole reason it’s in place!
