Pick 4 FAQS
Pick 4 drawings are held twice daily. The Midday draw happens at 1:30 PM ET and the Evening draw takes place at 9:45 PM ET.
You need to visit an authorized Florida Lottery retailer in order to purchase a ticket. You must choose four digits from 0 to 9, select a play type, as well as a wager amount. Ticket sales close 10 minutes before the draws are held. Therefore, the cut-off time for the Midday draw is 1:20 PM ET and the deadline for the Evening draw is 9:35 PM.
The minimum wager for Straight, Box, and Pair types is 50 cents. A Straight/Box will cost you $1. Combo play types will cost you more, with wager amounts between $2 and $24. Check out the Odds and Prizes page, which includes the available wager amounts, for a full explanation.

Yes, you can enter up to 14 consecutive days of draws with Advance Play.
If you make a Straight-type play and match all the winning digits in the exact order, you’ll win a prize worth $5,000. Pick 4 has lots of play types and even more prizes on offer. Why not check them out on the Odds and Prizes page?
Each play type has its own odds of winning. For example, for the Straight play type, your odds of winning are 1 in 10,000. For one of the Pair types, they are considerably better: 1 in 100. You can explore your odds of winning on the Odds and Prizes page.
