To enter the Florida Lotto, you’ll need to select 6 different numbers from 1 to 53, and purchase a ticket.

Florida Lotto draws take place twice every week, on Wednesday and Saturday evenings at 11:15 PM ET.
You need to purchase your Florida Lotto ticket before 10:55 PM ET. Tickets purchased after this cutoff will be entered into the next draw.
Florida Lotto tickets cost $2. If you want to add the Double Play or EZmatch options, these cost $1 each per play.
Yes, you can enter up to 52 consecutive draws.
Double Play gives your numbers a second chance, with the opportunity to win cash prizes worth up to $250,000.
It’s a separate draw that takes place after the main Florida Lotto draw, and there are five different prize tiers – matching just 2 numbers wins you a free ticket!

For just $1 extra per play, you can win prizes of up to $500 on the spot, with EZmatch. If you add EZmatch to your Florida Lotto ticket, you’ll get an additional ticket displaying your EZmatch numbers. If any of these match your Lotto picks, you’ve won!

The Florida Lotto starting jackpot is $1 million.
Florida Lotto has no jackpot caps or rollover limits. The jackpot can grow indefinitely, and is often worth tens of millions.
The largest Florida Lotto jackpot was won on March 29, 2000, totaling an impressive $81.6 million. There was only one winner, making this the highest amount ever awarded to a winning ticket in the history of Florida Lotto.
The overall odds of winning a Florida Lotto prize are approximately 1 in 7.61. The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 22,957,480. The same odds also apply to the Double Play draw, but with different prizes. For the EZmatch add-on, the overall odds are 1 in 4.71.
