Pick 5 Liability Limit
The Pick 5 prizes are fixed, and as a result, there is a $7 million liability limit for this game. This means that if a five-digit combination is purchased often enough in a single draw that the liability limit would be exceeded if those numbers were drawn, the Florida Lottery will stop sales of that specific combination.
