Pick 5 FAQS
Pick 5 draws take place twice, every day. The Midday draw is held at 1:30 PM ET, and the Evening draw at 9:45 PM ET.
Entering Pick 5 is easy as you just need to select five digits between 0 and 9. Then, you must select a play type and the amount you want to wager (50¢ or $1). You can also add the Fireball option for extra chances to match the winning combinations.

Sales close 12 minutes before the draws take place. For the Midday draw, ticket sales close at 1:18 PM ET. For the Evening draw, you need to purchase your ticket before the 9:33 PM ET deadline.
There are two available wager amounts: 50¢ and $1.

Yes, with Advance Play you can enter up to 14 consecutive days.
The Pick 5 top prize, for a Straight play, is $50,000 for a $1 wager. If you’ve added a Fireball, you can win even more alongside it too! There are also many other prizes on offer. Check them all out on the Odds and Prizes page.
